Having started out in education, Rayne Chua was a sports specialist at the Ministry of Education (MOE), where her job entailed education policy drafting and devising the syllabus for physical education and training teachers. She eventually transitioned to the real estate industry in 2017 to pursue a more dynamic career.
Having gone through the “standard” route of getting a HDB, selling and then buying two properties herself, she personally believes in the stability of the real estate industry as a whole and feels that this stability will give her future clients peace of mind. (99.co, 2020)
Bringing with her 16 years of research and planning, Rayne found her niche helping clients select low-risk, high-growth properties for both their own stay and investment. Her effectiveness was such that she received glowing reviews and even referrals within a short 3 months.
To date, she has grown to become one of the leading agents in Singapore’s property industry, transacting over 300 properties from all asset classes.
Outside of work, she remains an avid reader, traveller and teacher. A firm believer in education, Rayne occasionally lectures part-time at NTU to give back to her alma mater. She constantly updates her clients on the latest real estate news and trends, while also recommending interesting books and articles.
